Acceleration occurs when the damped return is in action. Adjust the VU meters’ range using the left knob. The right knob controls the speed at which they operate, ranging from very slow to quite nimble.
The unit has a solid metal case, which gives it a nice weight and makes it easy to hold speaker wires without them getting pulled. The switches also feel very good. There’s also a microphone provided if you prefer to use that instead of wires.
The ET-30 measures 280 x 123 x 80 mm and can connect 2 amplifiers and 2 sets of loudspeakers. It can support 2×200 W at 4 Ohms or 2×300 W at 2 Ohms.
