Hidizs MS3 is a brand-new three-driver hybrid set of in-ear monitors designed with a 10.2mm custom-developed DD unit and composite BA driver from Knowles. The pair boasts beautifully designed looks made using aviation-grade aluminum alloy ear shells. The pair has three-different tuning profiles with Hidizs Pneumatic tuning nozzles that are easy to replace on the pair. The pair comes with a premium quality high-purity stock cable.
Hidizs MS3 promises high-resolution sound reproduction with its precisely designed three-driver hybrid configuration. The pair houses a 10.2mm bio-fiber composite dynamic driver unit and a dual-composite BA driver unit. The dynamic driver unit here has a composite diaphragm and adopts a dual-magnetic, dual-cavity design structure. With a strong magnetic architecture, the drivers have swift movement and promise cleaner sound with great sensitivity. Hidizs has used an expert tuning team to adjust the tuning of the pair for true high-resolution performance. The DD unit is tuned for a strong lower-end and a lovely mid-range presentation.
With the 10.2mm dynamic driver unit, Hidizs has featured Knowles SWFK-31736 composite balanced armature rover unit. It enables the IEM to have high-resolution sound clarity. This composite BA structure delivers clarity and resolution in the highs and ultra-high frequency regions.
Hidizs MS3 features high-quality premium-finish ear shells crafted in ergonomic shape for a comfortable wearing experience for most users worldwide. The shell cavity and panel of the MS3 are crafted using high-quality aviation-grade aluminum alloy material. They are carved using a high-precision CNC machining process for a rich finish and premium in-hand feel.
Play with the pair and get your preferred sound signature with ease. The Hidizs MS3 comes with three sets of replaceable tuning nozzles. The replacing process is simple and you get three different sound signatures, balanced tuning (rose-gold nozzle), high-frequency enhancing (silver), and bass enhancing (red) to enjoy three different sound signatures on the pair and play with them to get your perfect sound.
Hidizs bundles the MS3 with a high-purity stock cable. This cable has a 192-core configuration made using high-purity OFC (Oxygen-free Copper) cable core material. The cable has specially designed Shark-Fin-styled connectors. Users can choose between 3.5mm and 4.4mm termination options while placing the order.

Sound
Hidizs MS3 is tuned with great precision and accuracy. It has been tuned in line with the Harman-2019 tuning curve. It has precise sound delivery with crisp resolution, and fast, dynamic bass response.
When you put the bass tuning filter on the MS3 you can mimic the sound of the bigger brother the MS5 (ignore the 8K peak), well at least have an idea of how it sounds. And as you can see in the graph MS3 has better treble extension compared to MS5.
Bass
The Hidizs MS3 boasts a bass response that is nimble yet solid. With its fast and punchy delivery, it produces a bass experience that is both exhilarating and satisfying.
Listeners can expect to hear kick drums that are snappy and precise, with ample impact and weight behind them, giving a sense of power and energy to the music. The bass guitar, which many recent IEMs delegated to the back corner of the room, is brought to the forefront thanks to the upper bass not being excessively scooped out. The result is a more immersive listening experience.
The Hidizs MS3s bass is a perfect balance of power and restraint. It feels powerful without being overpowering, allowing other elements of the music to shine through without being dominated. The bass notes are rich and full, with a natural decay that adds warmth and depth to the music.
Midrange
The Hidizs MS3’s midrange is delightful, with a balance of clarity and richness that is hard to come by at this price. The mids sound pristine, letting all the details of the music shine through, but without sounding too lean or thin.
Vocals, whether male or female, sound lush and full-bodied, yet also articulate and detailed. You can really hear the nuances and emotions in the singing, making for an immersive listening experience. The spacing between instruments and vocals is also noteworthy, creating a sense of space and depth that adds to the realism of the music.
Midrange notes sound organic and smooth, without any harshness or roughness. At the same time, they have a light and refreshing quality that makes the music feel airy and lively. This balance of warmth and liveliness is what sets the Hidizs MS3’s midrange apart and makes it a standout feature.
Treble
Hidizs MS3’s treble is a nice balance of lightness and detail. It’s light and airy, with good extension that allows it to shine in the higher frequency ranges. It’s also detailed and precise, allowing for clear and crisp hi-hats and cymbals. The treble is also notable for being smooth and non-fatiguing, making for a comfortable listening experience even over extended periods of time.
The subtle treble lift is one of the key elements of Hidizs MS3’s clarity. It provides clean transient attacks, giving instruments such as cymbals and percussion a sense of immediacy and realism. The leading edges of percussion instruments are clean and precise, adding to the overall realism of the music. While it might not dig up every micro detail, it still offers a good amount of information.
Soundstage and Technical Performance
The Hidizs MS3 offers a good level of soundstage. The V-shaped signature, while not universally favored, is executed well in the Hidizs MS3, providing a sense of depth and width to the overall listening experience.
The additional bass fullness enhances the depth of the stage, while the crisp highs contribute to a wider soundstage. The positional cues are accurate and the instrument separation is above average. The level of detail retrieval is exceptional for the price point, providing a reasonable amount of information without any significant loss. Overall, the Hidizs MS3 is a well-rounded in-ear monitor that is on par with its peers in a technical sense.
Sum-Up
The big brother Hidisz MS5 was a unique IEM but it wasn’t everyone’s cup of tea because of the tuning, to be honest. The new MS3 on the other hand is here for the rest thanks to its mainstream tuning and successful sound reproduction, meaning it is the perfect all-rounder IEM including the cost.
