BGVP DH5 is a five-driver hybrid set that features a combination of four high-performance BA drivers from Knowles and Phoenix, and a powerful dynamic driver with a dual-cavity design and beryllium-coated diaphragm coil. DH5 is designed with 3D printed resin ear shells with skin-friendly material and designer wooden faceplates.
BGVP has equipped DH5 with a 10mm dual cavity dynamic driver with a beryllium-coated diaphragm and a powerful N52 neodymium magnet. This powerful dynamic driver is paired with four high-performance balanced armature drivers where two are from Knowles and two are custom-tuned.
The drivers are arranged in a three-way electronic crossover for uninterrupted performance with low distortion and high clarity. The dynamic driver is tuned for a deep and impactful lower end, the two Knowles BA units produce a natural and rich mid-range response, and the two custom-tuned BA drivers are here producing high-resolution clarity with a detailed high-frequency response.
BGVP DH5 is made up of high-quality medical-grade resin material that is not only lightweight but also sturdy enough to provide a solid foundation to the set. To top it off with an eye-catchy design, BGVP has featured elegant wooden face covers on the pair.
